Dramatically improved on the iii to be one of the best in market though. A6400 has the same realtime AF as the A9!!! If you are doing street, you need something discreet. If doing portraits, the Eye-AF is godsend. Low light on sony 63,64,6500 series sensors are extremely good. You wouldn’t miss full frame for this alone.

ISO performance: Its a tie.. 6400iso is the max i would go on either. Pref 3200iso, however keep in mind that the IBIS of the sony has a clear advantage here when using prime lenses.
